Once you have created an account with MOLJewelry.com, you can easily track current orders, as well as view a complete history of all orders that were placed using your account.
For each order placed, you can review the detailed history of the items ordered. Each order also displays a status which indicates if the fully shipped. For express orders, you can use the order tracking functions to track your shipment. To access your current account (or to quickly and easily create a new account), visit the My Account page. Once you have logged in using your email address and password, simply click on the "Order History" link to view a list of all orders placed.
If you do not wish to create an account, you can track your orders via our Orders department and send us an email at customerservice@MOLJewelry.com.
Include your name, address and the date the order was placed.
