The Dear Jack Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to funding cancer research and was founded July 2006 by leukemia survivor and Jack's Mannequin/Something Corporate front man Andrew McMahon.
Our support bracelet is a leather style (styles may vary) bracelet with a sterling silver awareness ribbon. Each bracelet comes with a card explaining that 25% of the proceeds is donated to the Dear Jack Foundation.
The Dear Jack Foundation (DJF) has granted permission to Abernook Gifts in connection with sales of the Leather Leukemia Awareness Bracelet for which 25% of bracelets sold go to the DJF . The DJF is not responsible for the administration or conduct of Abernook Gifts and their affiliates.
